Old Navy Looking Stuff.

These are some signs I really didn't think up. I saw an Old Navy commercial, and thought it was a cool thing to use. Design sometimes is a sampling sport.

Diving Stuff

These are some diving pictures I took and turned into a mural type thing for the store in Panama City. They are 4'x8's hanging from the ceiling with some banner track. The backwall of the store was so empty and dead, so we painted it, well my pal Adam painted it, I just watched, and we put these up. They liked it, so I'm glad for that.

Memphis Boat

I really like the gilded bows on old ships. Though I did this for a store, that's nowhere near any body of real water. I thought it was a good choice.

It's A Tire Banner

So I decided to try the tilt-shift phenomenon out on this picture of a tire. It's a 3'x6' banner.

New Orleans Stuff

I did these for a store in New Orleans. WHO DAT! Being a New Yorker, I'm finally starting to like the Saints....GO JETS!

Stuff I did for Gulfport

When Gulfport had their grand opening, I had to design a whole mess of stuff. The services sign is obviously in services, the neon snowflake was a Christmas project I had to do. There are more elements to each of these, but these were my favorites.

They decided to open an restaurant. They wanted an Old Navy theme. This is some of it. We did old images of the place.

This is for an endcap. It's not the best thing, but the best thing about it is I got my dog on it. He's the one in the middle.

Award Winning Sales Stuff

So this location won the Bingham Award. It's an award for selling a whole lots of stuff in their tier or level of store they are. So that store wanted a button type deal to put on a chocolate circle and in their program. I still have the chocolate circle, but that's because I'm allergic to chocolate.

Retro-ish?

I was thinking about old signs on brick walls. You know the kind of narrow one's painted on brick buildings when I was doing this one. I had this idea to try to make it.

Cryptology Posters Pensacola

These are some posters I designed for the barber shop on NAS Pensacola. I did a whole mess of research on cryptology, so much that I know too much about it now. These are 22"x28" posters.

Retire...

This is a retirement poster idea that I came up with for people who retire. Instead of getting a plaque, you get this! I like it. I like that I got a sign making guy in the corner. I cranked this out on a Black Friday!

Candy Wall

I had a large space to fill with some graphics so I went a little crazy with the idea of a Candy Wall. I think it was the coffee that morning.

Beacon of Hope 2005

This cover was for an earlier Beacon of Hope 2005 Celebration for Congressman Major Owens, I drew the lighthouse, the Brooklyn Bridge and Statue of Liberty, colored them in Photoshop, then laid this out in Quark.

Color Newsletter 2006

Most of our material was done one color or two, but on rare occasions we'd go for full color, here's a full color newsletter I designed in Quark. I took the picture of Eastern Parkway, and the sidebar picture on the left of the roof of the capital and used them as elements.

A Legacy Of Missing Pieces

A couple of years ago, I designed and laid out a whole book for the University of Colorado Women's Studies Department about the history of African-American women in Boulder County. The cover is done in Photoshop and Quark Xpress. And the interiors are done in Quark Xpress as well.
